3. Tyreek Hill, 5th round, 2016 NFL Draft

There was an extremely good reason for Tyreek Hill to fall in the 2016 NFL Draft, and that was due to his disgusting off the field behavior. In 2014, Hill was arrested for assault on his pregnant girlfriend, Crystal Espinal. According to police reports, Hill threw Espinal around and punched her several times in both the face and the stomach. This incident led to him being dismissed from the Oklahoma State football team, and him ending his college career playing at West Alabama.

Going into the 2016 NFL Draft, Hill was expected to go undrafted and was not invited to the NFL Combine. However, Hill did have a workout at West Georgia. During this workout, he put up the testing numbers that tempted a team to draft Hill. Some of these numbers included a 4.29 40-yard dash and a 40.5-inch vertical jump.

Since arriving in the NFL, Hill has been dominant. He has been named to the Pro Bowl all five years of his career and has been named All-Pro three times. He seems to just be getting better also as he recorded career highs for touchdowns this season with 15 and also tied a career-best with 87 receptions.
