2020 NFL Draft: No. 1 overall pick target for each bottom-tier NFL team
Cincinnati Bengals: Tagovailoa
The Cincinnati Bengals are one of the worst teams in the NFL and have to be considered among the favorites to hold the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. If Cincinnati picks number one, they cannot pass on the opportunity to replace Andy Dalton with Tagovailoa.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor is a bright offensive mind who could turn their offense into a juggernaut. However, he is not going to do so with Dalton under center. Dalton is a perfectly capable NFL quarterback, but their offensive upside is limited with him under center. Bringing in a high-level franchise quarterback prospect like Tagovailoa would quickly change the direction of this franchise for the better.
The Bengals need some life injected into their franchise and Tua would be just what the doctor ordered.
Denver Broncos: Tagovailoa
This one is a bit tougher. We all expect Drew Lock to get an opportunity to prove himself for the Denver Broncos at some point this season and he is undoubtedly a talented signal-caller who has big upside in the NFL. If Lock comes in and performs well, the Broncos will not be looking at quarterback as a need.
However, Tagovailoa is a special prospect. Unless Lock lights the world on fire right away, they still need to consider adding a quarterback if a perfect opportunity presents itself. Holding the first overall pick and having a chance to draft Tagovailoa is that perfect opportunity.
