Washington Redskins: Young

If the 0-4 Washington Redskins continue to struggle and bring him the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, they could certainly look to change the direction of the franchise with a new quarterback. However, after taking Dwayne Haskins in the first round last year, I am not going to predict that.

I think it is more likely that this team would bring in Young to lead their defense. They already have a group of talented defensive linemen, but Young would be a guy who could take them over the top. Many options for the Redskins here, but Young feels like the best fit for this team.

Atlanta Falcons: Young

What a disappointing start to the season for the Atlanta Falcons. At 1-3, they are quickly falling out of postseason contention and could be a downward spiral if they are not careful. This team is likely too talented to actually end up with the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but nothing is impossible.

However, if Atlanta did shockingly end up picking number one, taking Young would be an obvious choice. They would likely look to quickly get back in contention and Young would give them the best chance to compete right away. Edge rusher stands out as one of their biggest needs and Young is an elite prospect at the position. Easy decision here.
