NFC East

Dallas Cowboys: Dak Prescott

It would be difficult to imagine the Dallas Cowboys moving on from Dak Prescott, who is under contract through 2024. This season, the Cowboys were 8-4 with Prescott during the regular season, where the quarterback accumulated 24 total touchdowns and over 2,800 passing yards. With Mike McCarthy taking over play-calling in 2023, Prescott will have another chance to prove himself as a top-end quarterback in Dallas.

New York Giants: Daniel Jones

After an efficient year with new head coach Brian Daboll, Daniel Jones might have done enough to earn a starting spot for the New York Giants in 2023. Daboll and the Giants got the most out of Jones this season to the tune of nearly 4,000 total yards and 22 total touchdowns in his fourth season. New York certainly could look to find a higher ceiling starter, but could also add offensive playmakers to further elevate Jones’ play.

Philadelphia Eagles: Jalen Hurts

Reaching the Super Bowl in just his second season as the Philadelphia Eagles’ starter, Jalen Hurts has quickly become one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the NFL. The leader of the league’s second most prolific offense, Hurts likely would have won the MVP, if not for missing two games at the end of the 2022 campaign. Hurts, who should be in line for an extension this offseason, will be QB1 for the Eagles for years to come.

Washington Commanders: Jimmy Garoppolo

The Washington Commanders sign Jimmy Garoppolo to elevate and bring consistency to an offense that has struggled in recent years. Garoppolo, who is coming off a broken foot late in the season, is only 31, and is one of nine current starting quarterbacks who have led their teams to a Super Bowl appearance, and he clearly has the experience and leadership to bring this team to the playoffs, and potentially beyond.
