2022 NFL Mock Draft: Aidan Hutchinson Goes First, Four QBs In Round 1
By Evan Bachman
29. Tennessee Titans: Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia
With the Titans already being a little weak at linebacker and with Rashaan Evans being a free agent after the season, linebacker will be a priority for them this offseason. In this 2022 NFL Mock Draft they get the first linebacker off the board.
Nakobe Dean is someone I’m very high on as he’s one of the leaders of a Georgia defense that is by far the best in college football. He checks all of the boxes of what you need to be able to do as a linebacker as he can cover well, stop the run, tackle well, and rush the passer.
30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State
With both Antonio Brown and Chris Godwin set to be free agents after the season, the Buccaneers will most likely have to replace at least one of them this offseason. So, adding Chris Olave to this offense makes a lot of sense for them in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.
Olave is an excellent route-runner, as he’s smooth, very quick in and out of his breaks, and is capable of winning on routes to all levels of the field. Also, his hands are as dependable as it gets, as he simply just catches everything with grasp.
He is someone who could have been a first-rounder had he entered last year’s draft. However, he made the decision to come back to the Buckeyes for his senior year. While he’s been the third option in the Buckeyes passing attack, the traits still prove he can thrive in the NFL.
