Jacksonville Jaguars make big move for Kyle Pitts in 7-round mock draft
Jacksonville Jaguars mock draft: Round 4, 106th overall
Overall, the Jacksonville Jaguars have put together a nice offensive line group. That being said, starting right guard A.J. Cann will become a free agent after the 2021 season and left guard Andrew Norwell has not exactly lived up to his massive contract. The Jags could look to address their offensive guard situation in the 2021 NFL Draft and Aaron Banks stands out as a fantastic target for the team in this range.
Banks is a big and powerful offensive lineman who absolutely dominates at the point of attack. He is not the most naturally athletic player up front but he is a fantastic run blocker who also brings obvious value as a pass protector. Banks is an NFL-ready offensive guard prospect who would undoubtedly be a strong depth addition to the Jags’ offensive line mix.
Jacksonville Jaguars mock draft: Round 4, 130th overall
The Jaguars did invest in the safety position when they signed Rayshawn Jenkins but Jenkins is more of an in-the-box player who is at his best when he is playing downhill. This team still has a need for a rangy playmaking safety who can make an impact for the team on the back-end.
Andre Cisco is one of the most difficult players to value in this draft class. He was a dynamic playmaker in college who had a knack for creating turnovers. Cisco’s aggressive style of play does lead to some big plays but he does tend to get too aggressive and give up the big play for the offense at times as well. Also, Cisco will be coming off of a major knee injury which obviously leads to some questionable durability going forward.
Cisco is far from a perfect player but he does have exciting upside as a defensive playmaker at the next level. He would be worth the risk in this range.
