Offense

1. Darrynton Evans, RB, Appalachian State

This is one of the better fits for the Kansas City Chiefs at the running back position. Darrynton Evans would fit right in with this explosive offense, as he has the top-end speed and makes defenders miss in open space. Evans has some work to do reading what’s in front of him between the tackles, but he’s worth a gamble on day three.

2. Solomon Kindley, OL, Georgia

This would be another good fit for the Chiefs on day three. Solomon Kindley has good length, hand technique, and grip strength to be a potential starter inside. He lacks a little bit in mobility, but when he’s in a phone booth, he’s serviceable. Kindley won’t reset the line of scrimmage, but he’s stout at the point of attack in the run game.

3. Anthony McFarland, RB, Maryland

Another good running back fit with the Chiefs is Maryland’s Anthony McFarland. McFarland is a one cut back with great burst through the hole and long speed in open space to take runs to the house. He will also bring production in the passing game and can make defenders miss after the catch. While his vision and contact balance need some work, McFarland runs tough and would be a great addition in Kansas City.
