2020 NFL Draft: Thanksgiving Day first-round 2020 NFL mock draft
28. Seattle Seahawks: Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin
The Seattle Seahawks offensive woes have been well documented the last couple season, but all things considered, they have been ok in 2019. Unfortunately, just ok when trying to protect Russell Wilson isn’t good enough, so with the 28th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, I have the Seahawks getting him a new center in Tyler Biadasz out of Wisconsin.
Seattle is currently starting Joey Hunt at center after Justin Britt was put on IR back in late October and he has not fared well. Even if Britt was available, he costs a lot and the team could save a big chunk of their cap if they release him next season.
Taking all of these things into account, getting Biadasz at 28 would be an absolute steal for the Seahawks. He’s the best center in the draft and is responsible for paving the way for one of the most lethal rushing attacks in college football.
This guy is a mauler in every sense of the word and can be dominant in both the run and passing game. There is no denying his play strength when you watch him get his hands on defenders and is the type to finish every single play until the whistle.
He would be an immediate plug and play guy on that unit and should be an upgrade right away.
