Pick Analysis. Michigan State. Scouting Report. DL. Raequan Williams. 5. player. 805

Raequan Williams is a big, strong and athletic defensive line prospect who could be a real difference-maker at the next level. He is quick off of the ball and does a great job of creating natural penetration on the interior. Williams also shows the ability to anchor down and control the line of scrimmage at times against the run.

That being said, if Williams is ever going to reach his full potential, he needs to work on his pad level. Right now, he gives up leverage far too easily and it limits his ability to make a consistent impact. The skills are there. If Williams can just learn to play low, he could be a real playmaker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers up front.

RB. LSU. 6. player. 817. Pick Analysis. Clyde Edwards-Helaire. Scouting Report

Ronald Jones has played well in recent weeks and could prove himself as a major playmaker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers going forward. That being said, he is far from a sure-fire star and could certainly use a strong running mate to pair with.

More from Mock Drafts

LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is quickly becoming one of my favorite prospects of the 2020 NFL draft class. He has been a consistent offensive playmaker for LSU this season and took his game to the next level last week. Against Alabama, Edwards-Helaire carried the ball 20 times for 103 yards and three touchdowns. As if that were not enough, he was also a reliable target in the passing game, hauling in nine receptions for 77 yards and another touchdown.

Simply put, Edwards-Helaire was brilliant against the Crimson Tide and should be recognized as an interesting running back prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Edwards-Helaire shows good ball carrier vision and is extremely quick through the hole. He does a great job of working through traffic, showing an impressive combination of elusiveness and contact balance that makes him difficult to bring down. The LSU product does not have elite breakaway speed, but he is fast enough to take it to the house if he gets a lane.

Edwards-Helaire also shows great route running skills for a running back and soft hands. I especially like his ability to catch the ball and get upfield quickly. There is a lot to like about Clyde Edwards-Helaire and I think he is a great value selection in this range of the draft. Whether he ends up taking Jones’ job of working in tandem with him, the Bucs find themselves a good player with their final pick.
