Stats in win vs. Iowa

  • 2.5 sacks
  • 5 QB pressures
  • 2.5 tackles for loss
  • 4 total tackles

Although just a junior, Kwity Paye is drawing some attention from NFL scouts after his last two games against the Iowa Hawkeyes and Rutgers Scarlet Knights, where he has racked up four sacks and has only been able to be stopped by injury.

Paye took advantage of a rusty Alaric Jackson in this game, and the Michigan defensive line was dominant all-around in this game against the Hawkeyes, forcing Nate Stanley into three interceptions and a whopping eight sacks and 13 tackles for loss.

The Wolverines lived behind the line of scrimmage, and Paye was often the first one on the scene.

Although he’s hurt right now and there has been no update on the status of his hamstring, Paye is becoming an underclassman worth monitoring weekly with his production of late.

His stock is way up right now.
