2. Nick Chubb

It took him a bit to get going, but once the Cleveland Browns gave Nick Chubb a full-time opportunity last season, he was a force to be reckoned with. Chubb finished his rookie season with 996 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground on 996 carries. He also caught 20 passes for 149 yards and two receiving touchdowns.

Chubb was a consistent big-play threat for the Browns down the stretch. He is a quick and explosive back who fits their offense well and has immense upside going forward.

The Browns offense was impressive late last season, but they should be even better in 2019. The addition of Beckham should open up a ton of space for others in the offense. Chubb had plenty of room to operate last season, but with defenses having to worry about Beckham on the outside, he is bound to have even more room to work with.

While Kareem Hunt may make it interesting later in the year, Chubb enters the 2019 season knowing that he is the guy. Chubb was great last season but with a full load of carries available to him, the sky is the limit. He is a legitimate franchise running back who could quickly become one of the most productive players at the position in the NFL.

Nick Chubb is an obvious breakout candidate for the 2019 Cleveland Browns.
