4th Round

4. player. 28. It’s hard to pinpoint where things went wrong with Latavius Murray. For a moment it looked like he might be really good for the Raiders. Then he regressed. Now the team is forced to seek out a replacement. The fact they’re connected to Marshawn Lynch should show how desperate they are to get a prove runner so more pressure isn’t put on Carr to carry the offense. Luckily this draft class is stacked with talent several layers deep. Odds are they can find a hidden gem.
Wayne Gallman never got enough credit for what he brought to that championship Clemson offense. It was always about Deshaun Watson and the passing game. Without his slashing ability to run and toughness to grind out yards, keeping defenses honest, there is no way Watson is as effective as he was. Gallman isn’t perfect. His vision is average but his acceleration, toughness and one-cut-go style make him effective. All the Raiders have to do is give him some lanes.
. RB. Clemson. Wayne Gallman
