NFL Team Predictions: The Oakland Raiders

Biggest Sleeper: Mychal Rivera
Amari Cooper will be the centerpiece of the Raiders passing attack, but somebody whom the team has quietly cultivated and is having a solid preseason is tight end Mychal Rivera. With Cooper on the outside, there should be opportunities for Oakland to attack down the middle of the field and Rivera has the size, athleticism and speed of a classic “move” tight end like an Antonio Gates or Jimmy Graham.
So far his numbers have improved each season since gaining a bigger role in the offense. He seems to have the trust of Carr at quarterback but must learn how to use his 6’3″ height to better advantage in the red zone.
