Final Record:   8-8

The arrow is definitely pointing up for this team.  They have a young core of talent in place that fans have reason to be excited about and now a coaching staff with enough winning experience to know how to help them take the next step.  Health will be paramount for them, as depth isn’t quite their strength yet but this is one of those teams that will win games they shouldn’t and lose games they shouldn’t.  A team in transition.

They are a year away from being a true threat in the AFC West, but will surprise many with their first .500 or better finish since 2011.
