Budda Baker trade rumors: 3 NFL teams who should be salivating to add Cardinals star safety

Just because: Miami Dolphins need more defensive star power

Let’s start down in South Beach.  A team that has no problem racking up points could use some tweaks on the defensive side of the ball.  That’s where a trade for Budda Baker could make sense for a Miami Dolphins team that seems to always be in the mix when it comes to adding star players to their squad.

Although the Dolphins are 5-1 with Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and a ultra-fast running game tearing up the league, the one loss to the Buffalo Bills exposed a weakness.  When this team goes up against another elite offense, can they stop anyone?

With Xavien Howard anchoring the secondary along with the eventual return of Jalen Ramsay, the Dolphins secondary could suddenly be tops in the league by adding Baker who would be an upgrade over DeShon Elliott and Brandon Jones at the position.

Obtaining Baker would also allow the front seven to be a bit more aggressive as suddenly the team down in South Beach would be as dangerous defensively as they are offensively.
