2026 NFL Mock Draft 26-32: Jets, Patriots land big wide receiver targets

No. 26: Chicago Bears – Christen Miller, DL, Georgia
The Chicago Bears address the interior of their defensive line with the selection of Georgia’s Christen Miller. Standing at 6-foot-4, 310 pounds, Miller is poised to be the next great Bulldogs NFL defensive lineman. With his flame and arm strength, Miller is a disruptor in the middle of the line who would be great playing next to Grady Jarrett in 2026. He will learn a lot from the veteran defensive lineman as well.
No. 27: Seattle Seahawks – Connor Lew, C, Auburn
The Seahawks could easily select a defensive back with this selection but jump at an opportunity to take care of a center position. They select Auburn’s Connor Lew who is ranked at the top center in the nation. A boring pick I know, but the Seahawks will be looking to replace Jalen Sundell at the position and Lew will be an instant upgrade at the position.
No. 28: New York Jets via Indianapolis Colts – Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
The Jets took Fernando Mendoza with their top pick and now they give him an offensive weapon with the selection of Denzel Boston. A big, physical receiver, Boston not only gives the Jets another target along with Garrett Wilson, but they also get a reliable red zone threat with this pick. The Jets can and will address corner on Day 2.
No. 29: Los Angeles Rams – Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina
The Rams win this first round by taking Moore with their top pick and still getting a cornerback with their own first round pick. With the No. 29 overall pick, the Rams go with Brando Cisse out of South Carolina. As a player who can play both outside corner and slot corner, Cisse is a player who can solidify the Rams’ secondary. They address offensive line on Day 2 or in the middle rounds of the draft.
No. 30: New England Patriots – Chris Brazzell II, WR, Tennessee
Drake Maye gets another outside threat as the New England Patriots select Chris Brazzell II with the No. 30 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. With his size (6-foot-5, 200 pound) and speed, Brazzell catching the ball from Maye will haunt Buffalo Bills fans for years to come as the AFC East rival passed up on the receiver. If the Patriots opt to keep Stefon Diggs in 2026, the Patriots will set up a receiving core of Diggs, Kayson Boutte, Pop Douglas and Brazzell potentially replacing what they currently have in Mack Hollins. The Patriots will also need to address the tight end and running back positions in this draft.

No. 31: Philadelphia Eagles – Chris Bell, WR, Louisville
There is little chance A.J. Brown plays another season in a Philadelphia Eagles uniform. They address that possibility with the selection of Louisville’s Chris Bell, who has been fantastic in 2025. With his combination of size (6-foot-2, 220) and speed, he is the perfect replacement for Brown. He might even have a higher upside than Brown when he came out of college.
No. 32: Denver Broncos – CJ Allen, LB, Georgia
The Broncos have a need at linebacker and tight end in this draft. Both positions aren’t top heavy, so with the No. 32 overall pick, they select Georgia linebacker CJ Allen who more projects as a Day 2 pick. Given the Broncos current position in the draft, Allen could be gone by the time the Broncos select on Day 2, so they take a shot at a linebacker noted to have a high ceiling due to his ability to play multiple linebacker positions. He is also a reliable tackler who will have a shot at flourishing in the Broncos’ defense.
