Predicting NFL Awards: Lamar Jackson-MVP, Micah Parsons-DPOY

Offensive Rookie of the Year — Anthony Richardson (Colts)
The NFL is in good hands. Upwards of a dozen rookies could reasonably win this award, but my pick for Offensive Rookie of the Year goes to the alien in Indiana, Anthony Richardson.
After playing quarterback musical chairs since Andrew Luck’s surprise retirement, the Colts finally have a young signal-caller worth building around. Richardson, the No. 4 overall selection this past April, is mature beyond belief and arguably the best athlete in the league already.
Now, these physical traits don’t always translate to impressive box scores. There will be plenty of ups and downs for the 21-year-old as he adjusts to the NFL speed, but his rushing upside combined with his underrated IQ should allow Richardson to make his mark early on in Year 1.
He is currently third in betting odds on most sites, behind Bijan Robinson and C.J. Stroud. While any of the three could feasibly take home the trophy, I’ll put my bet on the guy who can impact the game from every facet. The Anthony Richardson era has begun in Indy.
