AFC North star watch: Joe Burrow primed for Netflix

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow didn’t play in the team’s preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons Friday night, but he is progressing well from his calf injury and should be ready by Week 1, which is good for the team and all you fantasy owners.

While the watch is on Burrow on the field, off the field fans will reportedly get a glimpse into the life of their franchise quarterback.

In fact, Burrow has been hinted as one of the next quarterbacks featured in the second season for the Netflix series, “Quarterback.”

Appearing on WFAN’s morning show, former Bengals QB Boomer Esiason dropped the hint while discussing whether New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones would appear in the second season of the hit show.

"“It sounds like Joe Burrow is doing the ‘Quarterback,’ by the way,” Esiason said."
