Thor – Lukas Van Ness, DL, Iowa

Lukas Van Ness looks like Corporate Thor with a clean-shaved face and shorter hair. Don’t let the look fool you, Van Ness packs just as much power in his bull rush as Thor does with a swing of Mjölnir. The common issue between the two comes with a lack of finesse.

Thor notably overestimated his strength by swinging at Thanos’ chest plate rather than his head. Van Ness does the same, as he wins so frequently against lesser-talented defensive linemen; once he meets someone with similar power, he lacks the diversity in his move set to re-adjust and set a new course of attack. Both guys are built like Greek Gods, but both can stand to be more versatile when attacking their opponent.
