1. Devin Funchess, WR

The next time Devin Funchess plays more than one game in a season, it will be the first time he’s done it since 2018.

Funchess played one game in the 2019 season, opted out of the 2020 season, and had some not-so-gentle words about his former QB Andrew Luck:

The Green Bay Packers could certainly use the ‘on’ or ‘good’ version of Devin Funchess. They don’t have as many dynamic playmakers in the passing game as they would like, but a healthy and in-shape Funchess along with rookie Amari Rodgers could prove to be just what the doctor ordered for this group.

With that being said, Funchess’ time away from the field as well as his injury history could lead to his eventually being a cut candidate.

Again, the last time he played more than one game in a season was back in 2018 with the Carolina Panthers.

In four seasons with the Panthers, Funchess racked up 21 touchdowns and at his best, he is a threat in the red zone to be certain. With that said, he’s going to need to earn his place in training camp to make this Green Bay Packers final 53-man roster.
