Denver Broncos mock draft: Round 7, 231st overall

Pick Analysis. Houston. Grant Stuard. player. Scouting Report. LB. 7. 881

Grant Stuard is an extremely high motor linebacker prospect who always seems to be around the ball. This guy is extremely aggressive as a run defender and has plenty of value in the blitz game as well. While Stuard consistently plays hard, he does lack ideal athleticism and length for the linebacker position. He is unlikely to ever be a full-time starting linebacker at the next level, but Stuard undoubtedly has value as a part-time defender and major special teams contributor.

Denver Broncos mock draft: Round 7, 233rd overall

EDGE. 7. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Baylor. William Bradley-King. 860

At this point in this mock draft, the Denver Broncos are simply swinging for the fences with high upside prospect who could grow into impact players. With their second of three seventh-round selections, William Bradley-King stands out as a strong target.

Bradley-King is a long and athletic edge rusher who shows good upfield burst and exciting flexibility around the corner. His value as a run defender is limited but Bradley-King has the ability to grow into an impact pass rusher if he develops properly. Bradley-King is unlikely to make an immediate impact at the next level but the Denver Broncos could bring him along slowly and help him become a valuable pass-rush asset.

With their final pick of this mock draft, the Denver Broncos make a play for some more exciting athletic upside. Brandon Smith put on a show at the recent HOA combine, showing off his explosive athletic ability at the wide receiver position.

Next. Broncos' most pressing 2021 NFL Draft needs. dark

Smith does not have the college production needed to climb high in the 2021 NFL Draft rankings, but his athleticism is impressive and makes him an interesting late-round target for any NFL team. Smith is an interesting late-round wide receiver prospect who high points the ball extremely well and shines in contested-catch situations. Simply put, Smith is an exciting talent at the wide receiver position who is difficult to ignore in this range.
