12. Tristen Hoge, BYU
6-foot-5, 310 pounds
2021 NFL Draft grade: Sixth round

The former number one high school rated center and Notre Dame transfer Tristen Hoge, had a rough season this year. He was forced to miss four games due to COVID-19 and also sprained his MCL in the Boca Raton Bowl. Despite this Hoge should still be a late-round pick as he has the versatility to play either guard or center in the NFL, and shows nice mobility. He will need to add strength to make it in the NFL though.

13. Tommy Kraemer, Notre Dame
6-foot-6, 317 pounds
2021 NFL Draft grade: Sixth round

A player that had a great college career but might struggle in the NFL is Notre Dame offensive guard Tommy Kraemer. Kraemer was named a third-team All-American last year and was one of the main reasons why Notre Dame had such a strong season last year. Unfortunately, Kramer’s game doesn’t translate particularly well to the NFL as he has only average strength and lacks great mobility. He will likely go higher than where he rates in these rankings, but he will have a hard time making an NFL team next year.

14. Aaron Banks, Notre Dame
6-foot-5, 338 pounds
2021 NFL Draft grade: Sixth round

Another Notre Dame offensive lineman who is being overrated is Aaron Banks. Banks had a strong season in 2020 being named an Associated Press All-America. However, he struggled at the Senior Bowl and these struggles will likely continue in the NFL. This is due to him having poor balance, and overall technique. On the positive side, he does have good size and some team will likely think they can develop him.
