Round 4, 115th Overall

S. Caden Sterns. player. Pick Analysis. 851. Scouting Report. Texas. 4

Free safety Anthony Harris is playing this season on the franchise tag and if they lose him in free agency, the position suddenly becomes a massive need. The Vikings could certainly look to address safety earlier in that scenario, but this is a deep safety class where value can be found.

Minnesota finds that value in the fourth round of this mock draft by snagging Texas safety Caden Sterns. Sterns is a rangy safety prospect who shows impressive natural ball skills and a ton of upside as a deep zone defender. He would not be a guaranteed one-for-one replacement for Harris, but he would at least have a chance to help fill the void.

Round 4, 117th Overall

878. OL. Iowa. 4. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alaric Jackson

Snagging Alaric Jackson in this range would be an absolute steal, especially for an offensive line needy team like the Minnesota Vikings. Jackson may be more of an interior prospect at the next level, but he is a tough and powerful player who shines in the run game. Whether Jackson plays tackle or guard at the next level, he is a rock-solid offensive lineman who could come in and make an immediate impact.

Round 4, 129th Overall

player. David Moore. Grambling State. 4. 60. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. IOL

The Minnesota Vikings have struggled on the offensive line in recent years and would be wise to attack that need with multiple picks in the 2021 NFL Draft. Here, they take David Moore out of Grambling State as their third offensive lineman in this mock draft.

Moore is not the most athletic offensive lineman in this class, but he is a mean and nasty blocker who can absolutely dominate at the point of attack. He is an interior-only prospect, but Moore is a true mauler in the run game who could undoubtedly make a major impact at the next level.

Round 4, 139th Overall

Clemson. Jordan Williams. Pick Analysis. IDL. 4. player. 879. Scouting Report

Jordan Williams is not the most exciting player on the interior, but he is a big and powerful player who is strong against the run. Williams is powerful at the point of attack and knows how to use his length to his advantage. He undoubtedly has plenty of upside as a two-gap run defender at the next level and a guy who can simply eat up space on the inside.
