2. Edge Rusher

Pushing forward almost to the number one spot on this list is edge rusher for the Denver Broncos.

Bradley Chubb is still working his way back to 100 percent after an ACL injury that kept him out most of the 2019 season. Von Miller is hoping to come back in 2020 sometime after an ankle injury during practice the first week of the season.

Miller is entering the final year of his contract in 2021, and counts $22.225 million against the salary cap and $7 million of that is guaranteed on the first day of the new league year in 2021.

Needless to say, there is a bit of uncertainty with Miller on IR at the moment and his cap number so high in 2021.

The Broncos need depth off the edge regardless of Miller and Chubb being healthy. Jeremiah Attaochu played admirably at the end of the 2019 season and even in week one of 2020, but he has been a non-factor off the edge and neither have Anthony Chickillo or Malik Reed.

The Broncos need a legit threat off the edge behind Miller and Chubb.
