The Chicago Bears will play host to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football. Find out how to catch the action via an online live stream.

It is almost time for Thursday Night Football and we have a good matchup this week as the 3-1 Chicago Bears will play host to Tom Brady and the 3-1 Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both of these teams have had strong starts to the season, but there are plenty of questions about whether they will be able to continue their successful play.

Brady is coming off of a five-touchdown performance against the Los Angeles Chargers last week where he showed impressive rapport wide his offensive playmakers. Brady has not been perfect this season, but he is undoubtedly still a capable quarterback who can put up points against anybody.

The Buccaneers will be without wide receiver Chris Godwin once again in this one, as he is sitting out with a hamstring injury. Tampa’s other star receiver, Mike Evans, is listed as questionable with an ankle injury. Brady undoubtedly has a lot of weapons to work with in the Buccaneers’ offense, but not having both Godwin and Evans would obviously hurt, especially against this tough Bears’ defense.

Nick Foles has taken over as the starting quarterback or the Chicago Bears, and his first start with the team did not go according to plan last week. In the Bears’ 19-11 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, Foles completed 26-of-42 passes for 249 yards, one touchdown and one interception. While those numbers do not look terrible at first glance, most of Foles’ production came in garbage time late in that game.

Simply put, the Bears’ offensive attack was anemic and they will likely have a tough time moving the ball against this strong Buccaneers defense. It will be interesting to see Bears’ star wide receiver Allen Robinson looking to make plays against Bucs’ up-and-coming star cornerback Carlton Davis. Davis will likely shadow Robinson in this one and it will give us an exciting matchup between two premier NFL players.

This game also gives us a great opportunity to see one of the top 2020 NFL Draft prospects. Buccaneers right tackle Tristan Wirfs has been fantastic through the first four games of his rookie year and appears to be on track to be a premier offensive lineman in the NFL. Wirfs will face arguably his toughest test yet this week, as he will undoubtedly face Khalil Mack on many plays. Can Wirfs hold up against one of the premier edge rushers in the entire NFL?
