4. Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams’ backup quarterback currently is John Wolford, and with all due respect to Wolford, the Rams could do better.

Head coach Sean McVay obviously has his chips in the Jared Goff basket, and there’s nothing wrong with Goff.

However, quarterbacks are currency and it’s a wonder more teams aren’t actively trying to find more talented ones to develop.

The Rams need a better backup situation, and they have Kevin O’Connell on their staff as offensive coordinator. It just so happens O’Connell was part of drafting Haskins in Washington along with former head coach Jay Gruden.

The scheme fit could be there for Haskins in Los Angeles, and he would have an opportunity to grow behind Jared Goff while playing in a culture in Los Angeles more conducive to his development.
