1. Green Bay Packers

This is one of the easier teams to deduce when it comes to finding a spot for Rashod Bateman. The Green Bay Packers opted to pass on drafting a wide receiver in the 2020 draft and will roll into the season with what they have, that being Davante Adams and a group of day three picks and UDFAs.

The Packers have committed to Aaron Rodgers for the short term, and Jordan Love for the long term after selecting him in the first round this past April. Green Bay then added a running back and offensive line depth, signaling a shift in philosophy for head coach Matt LaFleur.

Even though the team will likely run the ball a bit more going forward, they have to find someone other than Adams to trust to make plays. Bateman fits the bill with this team, and, was mocked to the Packers in an early mock draft here at NFL Mocks.

Bateman can be a major contributor in an offense with Rodgers at the helm. He has reliable hands and can win at every level of the field. While he is a talented route runner, Bateman can also be the deep threat the Packers have sorely missed for years. When the offense turns the page to Love, Bateman has the ability to win quickly at the line of scrimmage in a rhythm passing offense.
