Defensive line (6, 33/53)

  • 1. Jurrell Casey
  • 2. Shelby Haris
  • 3. Mike Purcell
  • 4. Dre’Mont Jones
  • 5. DeMarcus Walker
  • 6. McTelvin Agim (rookie)

The Broncos will have competition for one spot among their top six defensive linemen, and it’s likely to come down to former second-round pick DeMarcus Walker and 2020 free agent Christian Covington.

With both players set for free agency after the season, the Broncos have the luxury of letting the best man win the job, regardless of draft status.

The team traded a seventh-round pick for Jurrell Casey this offseason in what appears to be one of the best bargains league-wide. Shelby Harris is back for another year, as is nose tackle Mike Purcell.

This group of defensive linemen for the Broncos is not the biggest but they are fast, aggressive, and versatile.
