Offensive line (9, 27/53)

  • 1. Tyron Smith (LT)
  • 2. Connor Williams (LG)
  • 3. Tyler Biadasz (C)
  • 4. Zack Martin (RG)
  • 5. La’El Collins (RT)
  • 6. Joe Looney (C)
  • 7. Connor McGovern (G)
  • 8. Cameron Erving (T/G)
  • 9. Mitch Hyatt (T)

The Cowboys have had one of the best offensive lines in the NFL for quite some time, and they are led by one of the best left tackles in the last decade — Tyron Smith.

The retirement of Travis Frederick this offseason was obviously not favorable to the Cowboys, but they have veteran Joe Looney and rookie Tyler Biadasz to battle it out for his spot.

To me, Biadasz looked like a sure-fire starter coming out of Wisconsin, but the Cowboys could also look to give the versatile Connor McGovern a shot at center as well.

There are plenty of options for the Cowboys to sort out the center position and really let a true competition play out. The result will be strong depth on the interior at all three positions and both Cameron Erving and Mitch Hyatt can provide depth at tackle.
