97. Matt Peart, OT, UConn (OT11): My first fourth-round grade. Peart is a high upside tackle, but he’s high upside for a reason. His technical refinement is not near good enough currently, but the upside is intriguing.

Final Grade: 4th Round

98. Darrynton Evans, RB, Appalachian State (RB8)

Final Grade: 4th Round

99. Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame (WR16): Tested out of his mind at the combine, but I still think he projects best in a WR/TE hybrid role similar to Evan Engram.

Final Grade: 4th Round

100. Rashard Lawrence, IDL, LSU (IDL10): One of my favorite day-3 options in the whole draft. Lawrence shows incredible strength and run defending that should allow him to see significant snaps in the NFL. More of a 2-down player, but a high level one at that.

Final Grade: 4th Round

101. Amik Robertson, CB, Louisiana Tech (CB13)

Final Grade: 4th Round

102.  Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia (OT12): The first-round hype is a bit much, but Wilson would be a good pick on late day-2 or early day-3. His technique isn’t great right now, but he has the physical tools you want to see.

Final Grade: 4th Round

103. Devin Asiasi, TE, UCLA (TE4): An athletic TE who shows really developed route running skills. He moves well for his size, but he needs to learn how to use his size in order to be physical at the catch point.

Final Grade: 4th Round

104. Lamical Perine, RB, Florida (RB9)

Final Grade: 4th Round

105. Jacob Eason, QB, Washington (QB6): The strongest armed QB in the class, but there’s not much else. Needs a ton of work to be considered a starting quarterback. A statue in the pocket with mental lapses. Has solid accuracy but needs work in many areas.

Final Grade: 4th Round

106. Darrell Taylor, EDGE, Tennessee (EDGE13)

Final Grade: 4th Round

107. Zack Moss, RB, Utah (RB10)

Final Grade: 4th Round

108. Lynn Bowden, WR, Kentucky (WR17)

Final Grade: 4th Round

109. Larrell Murchison, IDL, NC State (IDL11)

Final Grade: 4th Round

110. Nick Harris, IOL, Washington (IOL9): The grade on Nick Harris will be everywhere for teams. He’s a zone blocking scheme specific player who won’t be valued at all to some teams because of his lack of play strength and will be valued highly by other teams because of his movement skills.

Final Grade: 4th Round

111. Tyler Biadasz, IOL, Wisconsin (IOL10)

Final Grade: 4th Round

112. Malik Harrison, LB, Ohio State (LB8)

Final Grade: 4th Round

113. Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington (TE5)

Final Grade: 4th Round

114. Troy Dye, LB, Oregon (LB9)

Final Grade: 4th Round

115. Michael Onwenu, IOL, Michigan (IOL11)

Final Grade: 4th Round

116. Anthony McFarland, RB, Maryland (RB11)

Final Grade: 4th Round

117. Devin Duvernay, WR, Texas (WR18)

Final Grade: 4th Round

118. Anthony Gordon, QB, Washington State (QB7): One of the more popular picks of, “Day 3 developmental quarterback.” Has a strong arm, just needs to get his upper and lower body mechanics on the same page.

Final Grade: 4th Round

119. Quartney Davis, WR, Texas A&M (WR19)

Final Grade: 4th Round

120. Shane Lemieux, IOL, Oregon (IOL12)

Final Grade: 4th Round

121. Darnay Holmes, CB, UCLA (CB14)

Final Grade: 4th Round

122. Terrell Burgess, S, Utah (S9): Does similar things to K’Von Wallace but at a level lower.

Final Grade: 4th Round

123. Austin Jackson, OT, USC (OT13): Another tackle who’s getting first round hype I don’t get. He’s got great athletic ability but was absolutely dominated by technically refined pass rushers.

Final Grade: 4th Round

124. Jalen Hurts, QB, Oklahoma (QB8): Effort and work ethic for days. Might not be the best quarterback, but he’s a guy you want on your team.

Final Grade: 4th Round

125.  Leki Fotu, IDL, Utah (IDL12)

Final Grade: 4th Round

126. Joshua Kelley, RB, UCLA (RB12)

Final Grade: 4th Round

127. Brandon Jones, S, Texas (S10)

Final Grade: 4th Round

128. KJ Hill, WR, Ohio State (WR20)

Final Grade: 4th Round

129. Hakeem Adeniji, OT, Kansas (OT14)

Final Grade: 4th Round

130. James Morgan, QB, FIU (QB9): Like Anthony Gordon, James Morgan is a name that has been a popular choice to pick up on Day 3 to see if he can develop into a nice player.

Final Grade: 4th Round

131. Charlie Heck, OT, UNC (OT15)

Final Grade: 4th Round

132. Harrison Bryant, TE, FAU (TE6)

Final Grade: 4th Round

133. Josiah Deguara, TE, Cincinnati (TE7)

Final Grade: 5th Round

134. Jabari Zuniga, EDGE, Florida (EDGE14): Has had flashes for two years but lacks the consistency to warrant a higher pick.

Final Grade: 5th Round

135. Jordyn Brooks, LB, Texas Tech (LB10)

Final Grade: 5th Round

136. Ke’Shawn Vaughn, RB, Vanderbilt (RB13)

Final Grade: 5th Round

137. Antoine Brooks, S, Maryland (S11)

Final Grade: 5th Round

138. Gabriel Davis, WR, UCF (WR21)

Final Grade: 5th Round

139. Jack Driscoll, OT, Auburn (OT16)

Final Grade: 5th Round

140. Isaiah Hodgins, WR, Oregon State (WR22): Some of the best hands in the class. Won’t beat you with dynamic routes or speed but has good movement ability for someone his size.

Final Grade: 5th Round

141. Jason Strowbridge, IDL, UNC (IDL13)

Final Grade: 5th Round

142. Michael Ojemudia, CB, Iowa (CB15)

Final Grade: 5th Round

143. Jordan Elliott, IDL, Missouri (IDL14): I expect Elliott to go a lot higher than this, but his lack of refinement scares me. He’s got great explosion and athleticism, but that’s about it right now.

Final Grade: 5th Round

144. Quintez Cephus, WR, Wisconsin (WR23)

Final Grade: 5th Round

145. AJ Dillon, RB, Boston College (RB14): A 250-pound running back who also happens to run in the 4.4’s. Freak of an athlete who can be a 3rd down back for a team with a running back they want to limit usage with.

Final Grade: 5th Round

146. Justin Herron, IOL, Wake Forest (IOL13)

Final Grade: 5th Round

147. Markus Bailey, LB, Purdue (LB11)

Final Grade: 5th Round

148. Collin Johnson, WR, Texas (WR24)

Final Grade: 5th Round

149. Cheyenne O’Grady, TE, Arkansas (TE8)

Final Grade: 5th Round

150. Harrison Hand, CB, Temple (CB16)

Final Grade: 5th Round

151. Kenny Willekes, EDGE, Michigan State (EDGE15)

Final Grade: 5th Round

152. Khalid Kareem, EDGE, Notre Dame (EDGE16): Julian Okwara’s running mate. Not as athletically gifted as Okwara but he’s a physical presence on the D-line.

Final Grade: 5th Round

153. Julian Blackmon, S, Utah (S12)

Final Grade: 5th Round

154. Benito Jones, IDL, Ole Miss (IDL15)

Final Grade: 5th Round

162. James Lynch, IDL, Baylor (IDL16)

Final Grade: 5th Round

163. Patrick Taylor Jr., RB, Memphis (RB17)

Final Grade: 5th Round

164. Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty (WR26): A big-bodied receiver who plays above the rim. Struggles with his routes and with cuts. Will work on a vertical plane. Not a great athlete.

Final Grade: 5th Round

165. Khalil Davis, IDL, Nebraska (IDL17)

Final Grade: 5th Round

166. Essang Bassey, CB, Wake Forest (CB17)

Final Grade: 5th Round

167. Jake Hanson, IOL, Oregon (IOL15)

Final Grade: 5th Round

168. Alton Robinson, EDGE, Syracuse (EDGE17): Came into the 2019 season with a ton of hype around him. However, he never lived up to that hype which lowered his draft stock.

Final Grade: 5th Round

169. Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU (TE10): A fantastic blocker, and has hands of steel, but is a terrible athlete who I am afraid is prohibitively poor to warrant any stock as a receiver.

Final Grade: 6th round

170. Jauan Jennings, WR, Tennessee (WR27)

Final Grade: 6th round

171. Trey Adams, OT, Washington (OT17): Injuries have tanked Trey Adams’ draft stock. A once possible top player has fallen way down boards after not having been able to play full seasons.

Final Grade: 6th round

172. Jacob Phillips, LB, LSU (LB13)

Final Grade: 6th round

173. Anfernee Jennings, EDGE, Alabama (EDGE18)

Final Grade: 6th round

Final Grade: 6th round

176. Nate Stanley, QB, Iowa (QB10)

Final Grade: 6th round

177. James Proche, WR, SMU (WR28)

Final Grade: 6th round

178. Albert Okwuegbunam, TE, Missouri (TE11)

Final Grade: 6th round

179. Trajan Bandy, CB, Miami (CB18)

Final Grade: 6th round

180. JJ Taylor, RB, Arizona (RB19): A very small running back but is one who will consistently be elusive and quick in short spaces.

Final Grade: 6th round

181. Stephen Sullivan, TE, LSU (TE12)

Final Grade: 6th round

182. Alex Taylor, OT, South Carolina State (OT18): Big upside here. Has vines for arms, he just needs to learn how to use them.

Final Grade: 6th round

183. Reggie Corbin, RB, Illinois (RB20)

Final Grade: 6th round

184. Isaiah Coulter, WR, Rhode Island (WR29)

Final Grade: 6th round

Final Grade: 6th round

192. Dane Jackson, CB, Pittsburgh (CB20)

Final Grade: 6th round

193. Jeff Thomas, WR, Miami (WR30): A late round receiver with incredible route running and speed. A candidate for a depth spot on a roster who could stick around.

Final Grade: 7th round

194. Jake Luton, QB Oregon State (QB11)

Final Grade: 7th round

195. Trevon Hill, EDGE, Miami (EDGE20)

Final Grade: 7th round

205. Nevelle Clark, S, UCF (S14)

Final Grade: 7th round

207. Aaron Parker, WR, Rhode Island (WR32)

Final Grade: UDFA

208. Calvin Throckmorton, IOL, Oregon (IOL19): Played tackle at Oregon, but his lack of athleticism made me shift him to IOL in my rankings

Final Grade: UDFA

209. Myles Bryant, CB, Washington (CB22): Scrappy, but small. He will get bullied by just about any receiver.

Final Grade: UDFA

210. Easop Winston, WR, Washington State (WR33)

Final Grade: UDFA

211. Brian Lewerke, QB, Michigan State (QB13)

Final Grade: UDFA

213. Steven Montez, QB, Colorado (QB14): If your team selects Montez, they are banking on his arm strength and that’s it.

Final Grade: UDFA

Final Grade: UDFA

215. Tyler Huntley, QB, Utah (QB16)
