23. Lucas Niang, OT, TCU (OT5): To me, Niang is the clear OT5 in this draft. His hip injury limited his movement in 2019, but his 2018 tape is incredibly clean. He also has top tier power.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

24. Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon (QB3): One of the strongest arms in the class. The Oregon offense greatly limited his play, and it was tough to evaluate at times. With a bit of development, Herbert could be a great quarterback in the NFL.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

25. Jalen Raegor, WR, TCU (WR5): A dynamic speed receiver who runs crisp routes and will blow by defenders on the field.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

26. A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa (EDGE3): Epenesa was my EDGE1 in the summer, but after an average season and poor athletic testing, he’s shifted down a few spots. His technical refinement will be his calling card.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

27. Ross Blacklock, IDL, TCU (IDL3)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

28. Jeff Gladney, CB, TCU, (CB3)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

29. CJ Henderson, CB, Florida (CB4): Reports are that some NFL teams have Henderson ranked above Okudah; that’s too rich for my taste. Henderson has fantastic man cover ability, but his tackling and overall physicality is lacking.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

30. Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, LSU (RB3): A “do-it-all” back. Not the most dynamic, but he does everything well.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

31. Justin Madubuike, IDL, Texas A&M (IDL4)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

32. Matt Hennessy, IOL, Temple (IOL2)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

33. Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia (CB5): After suffering a leg injury, Bryce Hall’s name has fallen a bit out of the loop and in a deep class, he seems to have fallen. However, I feel like Bryce Hall will be a successful corner in the NFL.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

34. Johnathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin (RB4): One of the best pure runners in the class, but his fumbling issues, underdeveloped receiving ability and high usage has knocked him down a bit. Not a question of immediate impact, but more of a longevity one.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

35. Antoine Winfield, S, Minnesota (S3)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

36. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ohio State (RB5): Like Edwards-Helaire, Dobbins doesn’t do anything exceptionally, but isn’t bad at anything. He isn’t the most dynamic athlete and doesn’t have the most developed receiving skills, which is why he’s further down my running back rankings.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

37. Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado (WR6): I imagine Shenault to play a Deebo Samuel type role in the NFL. His limited reps against press coverage will mean he will win more so on manufactured touches or quick hit passes. Is a dynamic athlete and is exceptional with the ball in his hands.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

38. Jeremy Chinn, S, Southern Illinois (S4)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

39. Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor (WR7)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

40. Curtis Weaver, EDGE, Boise State (EDGE4)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

41. Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn (CB6)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

42. Lloyd Cushenberry, IOL, LSU (IOL3)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

43. Julian Okwara, EDGE, Notre Dame (EDGE5): The definition of a speed rusher. Has incredible bend and short area quickness, he just needs to add some play strength and learn how to use it.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

44. Neville Gallimore, IDL, Oklahoma (IDL5)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

45. Jonah Jackson, IOL, Ohio State (IOL4)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

46. Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE, Penn State (EDGE6)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

47. Kenneth Murray, LB, Oklahoma (LB2): Murray is a highly athletic player with flashes of exciting plays in run defense, but his lapses in coverage make me wary of a less than seamless adjustment into the NFL. He reminds me too much of Jarrad Davis to put him any higher.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

48. Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State (CB7)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

49. Zack Baun, EDGE, Wisconsin (EDGE7): Your typical Wisconsin pass rusher; good technique, good effort; poor flexibility. Baun is a candidate to have snaps at off-ball linebacker, but his best reps are at edge rusher.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

More from NFL Mocks

50. Patrick Queen, LB, LSU (LB3): This is similar to Kenneth Murray, but Queen also misses too many tackles for my liking. He has the stuff you want to see, just needs to clean up his play-to-play consistency.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

51. Kyle Dugger, S, Lenior-Rhyne (S5)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

52. Josh Jones, OT, Houston (OT6)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

53. Jordan Love, QB, Utah State (QB4): Jordan Love has all the arm talent in the world, but the talent between the ears is lacking a bit.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

54. Prince Tega-Wanogho, OT, Auburn (OT7): Prince Tega-Wanogho has only been playing football for a few years and has shown tons of improvement in between each of those years. Getting him into an NFL O-Line coach’s hands will do only positive things.

Final Grade: 2nd Round

55. Ashtyn Davis, S, Cal (S6)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

56. AJ Terrell, CB, Clemson (CB8)

Final Grade: 2nd Round

57. Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State (WR8): It’s been reported that Aiyuk is rated higher than his former teammate N’Keal Harry was on team’s boards. So, he might go a lot higher than this, but his lack of ability to beat press coverage isn’t something I want in a 1st round receiver. He’s a great athlete and is great with the ball in his hands, but he needs some development.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

58. Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama (CB9)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

59. Ben Bartch, OT, St. Johns (OT8)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

60. Joshua Uche, EDGE, Michigan (EDGE8)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

61. Davon Hamilton, IDL, Ohio State (IDL6)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

62. Michael Pittman, WR, USC (WR9)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

63. Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota (WR10): I think ever since Tyler Johnson wasn’t invited to the Senior Bowl, he seems to be a forgotten man in draft circles. I’m here to tell you that he’s still a solid prospect.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

64. KJ Hamler, WR, Penn State (WR11): People have no problem saying that Henry Ruggs is just speed, but I never see it about KJ Hamler. He has insane movement ability and big play ability, but I struggle to see him succeed in any role other than a slot role.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

65. Saahdiq Charles, OT, LSU (OT9)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

66. Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton (TE1): Finally! My top ranked tight end! I’m not a fan of this tight end class at all, but Trautman is among the best of it.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

67. Netane Muti, IOL, Fresno St (IOL5): A player plagued by injuries, Muti has some fantastic tape, but there isn’t much of it. Don’t sleep on him as a mid-round player who can step into a starting role in year 1.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

68. Terrell Lewis, EDGE, Alabama (EDGE9)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

69. Cameron Dantzler, CB, Mississippi State (CB10)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

70. Marlon Davidson, IDL, Auburn (IDL7)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

71. K’von Wallace, S, Clemson (S7): One of, “my guys.” Played all over the secondary of the Clemson defense, and he’ll do so in the NFL. He might be a main sub-package player, but he can have a great impact on a defense doing so.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

72. Troy Pride, CB, Notre Dame (CB11)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

73. Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson (WR12): Well here he is. Tee Higgins is all over people’s boards and on mine he’s below the average. The mix of sub-par route running and poor athleticism leaves me with a bit of disappointment with his tape.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

74. Cole Kmet, TE, Notre Dame (TE2): Cole Kmet is a solid tight end who can do a lot for an offense. He’ll do nothing exceptionally, but he’ll do enough to earn a lot of playing time.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

75. Jonathan Greenard, EDGE, Florida (EDGE10)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

76. Alohi Gilman, S, Notre Dame (S8)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

77. McTelvin Agim, IDL, Arkansas (IDL8): An athletically gifted interior defensive lineman who needs some refinement.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

78. Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise State (OT10)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

79. Alex Highsmith, EDGE, Charlotte (EDGE11): A small school name who shouldn’t be too widely known on draft weekend, but he is quite good. He has great explosiveness, athleticism and flexibility that will make him attractive to NFL teams.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

80. Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah (CB12)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

81. Raekwon Davis, IDL, Alabama (IDL9): It’s a shame to look at Raekwon Davis’ draft stock. After starting as a round-1 player, Davis had a poor year at Alabama and has us yet again asking where his upside went.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

82. Ben Bredeson, IOL, Michigan (IOL6)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

83. Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB, Appalachian State (LB4): A smaller, sub-package linebacker who will make his money on being athletically gifted.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

84. Antonio Gibson, RB, Memphis (RB6): Had next to no touches at Memphis but made each one count. A versatile, pass catching back who will impact a team with his quickness and receiving ability.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

85. Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina (WR13)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

86. Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia (QB5): A generally smart quarterback will poor physical tools. Has the mental aptitude to be great, but will need a good scheme to be a good starter.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

87. Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona State (RB7)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

88. Robert Hunt, IOL, Louisiana (IOL7)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

89. Van Jefferson, WR, Florida (WR14): One of the best route runners in the class. Might not be uber athletic but possesses high level movement skills and has good hands to match with them.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

90. Willie Gay Jr., LB, Mississippi State (LB5)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

91. Justin Strnad, LB, Wake Forest (LB6): One of my favorite players in this class. After taking a big step in his coverage ability in 2019, Strnad projects favorably to the NFL. His athleticism and range make him an attractive option at LB.

Final Grade: 3rd Round

92. Brycen Hopkins, TE, Purdue (TE3)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

93. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Michigan (WR15)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

94. Bradlee Anae, EDGE, Utah (EDGE12)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

95. Damien Lewis, IOL, LSU (IOL8)

Final Grade: 3rd Round

96. Logan Wilson, LB, Wyoming (LB7)

Final Grade: 3rd Round
