EDGE. Notre Dame. player. Pick Analysis. Khalid Kareem. 3. 443. Scouting Report

Harold Landry and the newly-signed Vic Beasley are the Titans’ likely starters at the edge rusher position. While both players are talented with a ton of raw upside, they are both speed-based rushers who are fairly limited in their overall games on the edge. The Titans could certainly use a more power-based player or two to place on the edge.

In the third round of this 2020 NFL mock draft, the Titans take Khalid Kareem, an edge rusher whose game is built on power. Kareem has long arms, strong hands and is powerful at the point of attack. He maintains great leverage at all times and sets the edge extremely well. Kareem is not the most explosive or dynamic player on the edge, but he is dependable and the Tennessee Titans could certainly use dependable.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. CB. Dane Jackson. player. Pittsburgh. 5. 866

Logan Ryan is one of the best slot cornerbacks in the NFL and losing him will undoubtedly hurt. They are not going to be able to replace Ryan with a rookie, but they have to throw some resources at the position.

The Tennessee Titans select cornerback Dane Jackson in the fifth round of this 2020 NFL mock draft. Jackson shows quick feet and is smooth in coverage. He changes directions quickly and shows solid deep speed. Jackson is also an extremely tenacious defender who is tough at the line of scrimmage and physical in coverage. Jackson also does a nice job of coming up and making an impact against the run.

Jackson is an ideal slot cornerback prospect who could grow into a productive player at the position. He is obviously not going to adequately replace Ryan right away, but Jackson has the skill-set to at least help fill the void.
