Top five free agent targets for the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason.

This season, we will see a new era of Las Vegas Raiders football begin. Not only is the team making the move to Sin City and breaking out their brand-new state of the art stadium, but they also have a young and experienced roster filled with impact players on both sides of the ball. When it comes down to it, this is an extremely interesting team that could quickly become legitimately competitive in the AFC with a couple of strong additions to the roster.

Jon Gruden, Mike Mayock and company have done a great job of adding talent through the draft in recent years. That will undoubtedly continue this offseason, especially when you consider that they have two first-round selections in the 2020 NFL Draft. However, I could also see this team becoming major players in NFL free agency.

According to Over the Cap, the Las Vegas Raiders are set to have over $51.8 million in cap space to work with this offseason, the 11th most of any team in the NFL. The Raiders do have a few of their own free agents who they will likely want to bring back, safety Karl Joseph and cornerback Daryl Worley stand out, but they will not need to break the bank on any of their free agents.

When push comes to shove, the Las Vegas Raiders could be looking to take some big swings in free agency this offseason. They have plenty of cap space to work with and would undoubtedly love to add another big name or two to the mix as they move to their new city. In this post, we are going to take a look at the most logical free agent targets for the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason.
