To help you get ready for the upcoming quarterback class, we created a top ten list of quarterbacks available in the 2020 NFL Draft. Coming in at number eight is Washington quarterback Jacob Eason.

In the upcoming days, we will be releasing our Top Ten Quarterbacks in the 2020 NFL Draft. Each day, we will be reviewing a different quarterback that will be available this April for NFL teams to draft. Whether they won a national title or had a losing record, these quarterbacks showed signs in college that indicated they should be drafted this year and make an active roster in 2020.

Posted below are the players on this list we have made it through so far:

10. Nate Stanley, Iowa
9. Shea Patterson, Michigan

In these articles, we will be reviewing their background: their history, how they got recruited and what their time in college was like. Afterward, we’ll go into a film analysis of the player: how they threw, what their mechanics were like, what they did well and didn’t do well. And finally, we’ll make a draft prediction for them, the teams that fit their style, where in the draft they could be selected and what role they can expect to take once there.

As we enter check into the eighth spot on our top 10 quarterbacks list of the 2020 NFL Draft, we visit the pacific northwest for a quarterback with his fair share of ups and downs in the 2019 regular season.

In this article, we will be exploring the college career of Washington Huskies quarterback Jacob Eason. While he started his career for Georgia, an injury and freshman sensation Jake Fromm precipitated that Eason transfer. Only to be denied because of NCAA transfer rules from playing in 2018, Eason played his final season for the Huskies to mixed results.

While he won his last two games for the Huskies, which included a bowl game against a ranked opponent, the season itself for Eason was a mix of good and bad. In this post, we will parse which aspects of Eason’s game need to be considered in the 2020 NFL Draft and which can be corrected once in the league.
