The Washington Redskins do not have a second-round selection, so we check back in with them in the third. Luckily for them, some offensive tackle talent slides a bit in this mock draft and they are able to snag Houston left tackle Josh Jones.

Jones is an extremely long offensive tackle prospect who moves his feet well. He is quick off of the ball and mirrors opposing edge rushers on a consistent basis. Jones is a bit of a project who needs to clean up his technique in order to reach his ceiling, but he is clearly a talented guy who has obvious upside at the next level.

Pick Analysis. player. 812. Scouting Report. CB. Ohio State. Damon Arnette. 4

Washington did not have an opportunity to land a star cornerback in this mock draft, but they do find a solid one here in the fourth round. Damon Arnette is not the fastest or most athletic cornerback in the 2020 NFL draft class, but he is a smart and instinctual player who understands how to do his job on the outside.

Arnette is never going to shine in true man-to-man coverage, but he can certainly hold his own when he has help over the top. He also does a nice job in Cover 3 coverage, not allowing himself to get beat on the deep ball. Arnette is a rock-solid cornerback prospect who has good ball skills and can hold his own in coverage. He could quickly become a strong depth player who can hold his own on the outside and in the slot.
