2020 NFL Draft: Thanksgiving Day first-round 2020 NFL mock draft
30. Baltimore Ravens: Curtis Weaver, Edge, Boise State
It has to feel pretty darn good to be a Baltimore Ravens fan right about now, as they are must-watch TV every week at this point. They have the front-runner for MVP at quarterback, one of the best rushing attacks in the game and a defense playing with a ton of confidence at the moment.
Regardless of how things unfold in the playoffs, the Ravens are set to be good for a long time and will use the 2020 NFL Draft to continue to build a potential Super Bowl winner.
One player I feel could make a significant impact for a Baltimore Ravens team ranked 24th in sacks this season is edge rusher, Curtis Weaver.
Weaver has been one of the most productive pass rushers in all of college football, stuffing the stat sheet over three seasons with 34 sacks and 45.5 tackles for loss. These numbers are eye-opening enough but the way he does it is a joy to watch.
He has a twitch to him that you really like to see off the edge and is already in a stand-up role most of the time at Boise State, so he would fit right in as a 3-4 outside linebacker in the Ravens scheme.
Great value. Great fit. Great player.
