New York Giants seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft
The offensive line has been an issue for the New York Giants for many years. While they have improved up front in recent years, they still have plenty of work to do at the position. If the Giants are going to get the most out of quarterback Daniel Jones throughout his career, they are going to have to continue to improve their offensive line. In the second round of this mock draft, they make a significant improvement by adding Jedrick Wills to the mix.
Wills is an incredibly powerful offensive tackle who dominates at the point of attack. He fires off of the ball quickly and shows great overall hand usage. Wills is a tremendous run blocker who consistently clears out holes on the right side for Alabama. He is also a solid pass protector who is particularly impressive against power rushers.
Wills is one of the best right tackle prospects in the 2020 NFL draft class and could immediately take over the position for the Giants. Wills could end up being a major steal for the Giants in this range.
Trajan Bandy is certainly a bit on the small side, but he is an extremely quick and physical cornerback who could play a major role at the next level. Bandy is extremely quick in short spaces and shows plenty of deep speed and overall athleticism. He also does a nice job of coming up and making plays against the run. Bandy is a talented cornerback prospect who could come in and make an immediate impact out of the slot.
