35. QB. Jordan Love. 10. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Utah State

There’s no doubt about the fact that the Tennessee Titans need to figure out the quarterback position going forward, but is it possible that Ryan Tannehill is capable of keeping the ship afloat for the time being?

I think so. As a matter of fact, I recently took a look at a Titans-only mock draft scenario where they decide not to take a quarterback with their top selections and build around Tannehill for at least a year.

Still, building around Tannehill is more of a possibility than a likelihood at this point, and the Titans could be definite buyers in the quarterback market in the 2020 NFL Draft, possibly as early as the first round.

No quarterback prospect fits the boom or bust label better in this year’s class than Jordan Love out of Utah State.

One moment, you’ll see Love making ridiculous throws with all kinds of velocity, ball placement, throwing from different platforms, throwing on the move, and making plays with his legs, and the next moment we’ll see him making highly questionable decisions with the football.

NFL scouts and evaluators are enamored by Love’s raw skill, and I think his overall skillset really just matches up well with what Tannehill does, but Love has the potential to take things to a completely different level.
