New England Patriots: 5 trade targets prior to NFL trade deadline
Mohamed Sanu, WR, Atlanta Falcons
The 1-5 Atlanta Falcons have been the most surprising bad team this season. Despite having impact players on both sides of the ball, Atlanta has not been able to get anything going this year and are not going to be serious postseason contenders.

If the Falcons look to sell some pieces for draft capital, wide receiver Mohamed Sanu stands out as a guy who could be on the move. With Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley on the roster, the Falcons afford to move on from Sanu. However, the New England Patriots could really use a guy like him in the passing game.
Sanu is an extremely versatile receiver who can make plays on the outside and out of the slot. He is a smooth route runner who knows how to get open, catches the ball well and has some run after catch ability. Simply put, the Patriots need more pass catchers and Sanu is a good one who should be obtainable.
Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Denver Broncos
Last, but not least, let’s take a look at Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders. The Broncos have started to get back on track the past couple of weeks, but if they decide to sell, the 32-year-old Sanders who will become a free agent this offseason is an obvious candidate.
Sanders is a quick and explosive receiver who always seems to be making plays on the football field. The Patriots could really use a dependable receiver like Sanders who could stretch the field at times and also make plays out of the slot.
