If you have watched any Arizona Cardinals games this season, you know that their offensive line is an issue. Murray is constantly running for his life and it’s not like they are opening up many holes for David Johnson on the ground.

More from NFL Mocks

Kingsbury’s offense is based on the quick passing attack, meaning that the Cardinals do not necessarily need an elite offensive line to have success. However, they do need a competent group up front, and right now, they simply do not have it. If Murray is ever going to reach his upside with the Arizona Cardinals, they simply must improve their offensive line situation.

With this in mind, we are going to tackle this major need in the second round of this mock draft. Due to injuries, Trey Adams is a risky 2020 NFL Draft prospect. He suffered a torn ACL in 2017 and missed most of 2018 with a back injury. Obviously, durability is a concern here.

However, if Adams can remain healthy at the next level, he would be an absolute steal as a second-round selection. Adams is a big and powerful offensive tackle who moves his feet well. He is a fantastic natural pass protector who is patient in his pass sets, mirrors opposing edge rushers extremely well and shows tremendous overall hand usage.

Adams has returned to the field this season and looks quicker than ever before. He is finally healthy and has a chance to put himself in the first round conversation in the 2020 NFL Draft. If he can stay healthy, Adams would be an ideal left tackle to protect Murray going forward.
