The 2019 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony is Saturday, August 3 in Canton, OH. Learn more about the football greats being inducted this year.

Football season is finally upon us! In a sense at least. The 2019 NFL regular season does not kick off until Thursday, September 5th with classic rivals Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears beginning the NFL’s 100th season.

However, this is Hall of Fame weekend in hallowed Canton, Ohio and football is finally being played. Thursday, August 1 marked the beginning of the NFL preseason, as the Hall of Fame Game took place at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium with the Denver Broncos defeating the Atlanta Falcons 14-10.

Hall of Fame Weekend is not centered around the first preseason game. It is focused on the induction of a new set of football greats into the prestigious Pro Football Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame Class of 2019 will be inducted in the Enshrinement Ceremony taking place on Saturday at 7:00 pm ET. The ceremony will be aired live on ESPN and NFL Network.

Before the festivities begin this weekend, let’s take a closer look at each of the football legends that are being honored this year, in the order that they will be giving their speeches on Saturday night.
