15. Indianapolis Colts: Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State

Original Pick: Hooker

If it weren’t for injuries, Malik Hooker would probably not be available to be re-drafted by the Indianapolis Colts. Throughout his two-year NFL career, Hooker has dealt with groin, knee and hip injuries that have kept him out of action. However, when he is on the field, Hooker shines as one of the best coverage safeties in the NFL.

Hooker shows great range and fantastic ball skills on the back-end. He is also an extremely instinctual player who seemingly always finds a way to separate the ball from the receiver. Whether the Colts continue to use him primarily as a Cover 2 deep safety or set him up for more single-high situations, Hooker is an extremely important part of their defense. He is undoubtedly worthy of being taken again at number 15 of this 2017 NFL Draft.

16. Baltimore Ravens: Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama

Original Pick: Humphrey

While he does not always get the recognition that he deserves, Marlon Humphrey has grown into a shutdown cornerback on the outside for the Baltimore Ravens. he has quietly become of the premier cornerbacks in the entire NFL and was a great pick by the Ravens in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Why fix what is not broken? With Humphrey still on the board here at 16, the decision is pretty easy for Baltimore.
