Despite being such a highly touted recruit in 2016, Fulton didn’t play much at all until his junior season for the Tigers.

Part of that was due to getting popped for tampering with a drug test ahead of the 2017 season, which he was suspended for.

Teams are going to undoubtedly look into that but it speaks to how good his junior season was with LSU that he’s one of just eight seniors being considered for a first-round grade in 2020.

Fulton finished his junior campaign with 25 tackles, nine pass breakups, an interception, and a forced fumble.

He’s exceptionally fluid in his movement skills and looks like the ideal man coverage cornerback at the NFL level.

He was overshadowed last year by Greedy Williams and Grant Delpit.
