Odell Beckham Jr. to the Indianapolis Colts

NFL insider Jay Glazer made a somewhat startling prediction in a recent interview when he stated his belief that the New York Giants would trade star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Given how well-connected he is, this is something one should take more seriously than other predictions. Beckham got his new contract last year but he’s also continued to suffer from health setbacks. GM Dave Gettleman may decide to move him before his value starts dropping because of this.

The goal at that point is simple. Get him out of the NFC. One team positioned to absorb his large contract is the Colts. They have over $100 million in cap space and a new for help at wide receiver to better arm Andrew Luck. Try to imagine what a combination of Beckham and T.Y. Hilton could accomplish for that team. Especially if Luck gets the same great protection he did last season. It would certainly push Indy closer to that Super Bowl run.
