The 13-3 Los Angeles Rams will host the NFC East winning Dallas Cowboys in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Here is the preview and prediction.

Prior to last season, the last time the city of Los Angeles saw a Rams playoff game was on the heels of the 1989 season in which the team endured a 30-3 thumping at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers.

Last season’s playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons ended an upstart season but this past season may be the evidence needed to show the NFL that the Rams are, well, “back”.

A mid-season trade for wide receiver Amari Cooper has turned the season around for the Dallas Cowboys, winners of eight of their last nine contests. They have easily been one of the hottest teams in the NFL since the start of November.

The move to bring in Cooper, along with their vaunted run game (continuing its impressive stretch) on top of a young defense that grew, was the reason for a few wins this season and has the Cowboys looking dangerous.

Both teams meet with a spot in the NFC Championship Game on the line. Let’s take a look at the keys and the ultimate outcome.
