Miami Dolphins

Prediction: Eric Bieniemy

Known Candidates: Eric Bieniemy, Brian Flores, Mike Munchak, Vic Fangio, Kris Richard, Darren Rizzi

The Dolphins fired Adam Gase after three seasons as the team’s head coach.

What’s en vogue in today’s NFL? Every team wants to find what Andy Reid and the Chiefs have, or what Sean McVay and the Rams have.

It’s no surprise then that Reid disciples and now McVay disciples are getting looks all around the league even with minimal experience as coordinators.

Bieniemy took over for the departed Matt Nagy as the Chiefs’ offensive coordinator. Nagy has proven that Reid isn’t just putting placeholders in the offensive coordinator role.

Bieniemy is a longtime running backs coach in the NFL and first-year NFL offensive coordinator. He called plays for two years with the University of Colorado.

He would bring the Reid system to Miami, where they are desperately seeking a jolt in some way, shape, or form.
