05. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ job opening becomes much more attractive if the coach can extract the best out of Jameis Winston.

Winston has flashes of brilliance sprinkled in a mess of inconsistency, but the potential is there and the organization seems committed to him for the future.

The Buccaneers had a feast or famine passing attack in 2018, ranking first in the NFL in passing yards, third in passing touchdowns, and dead last with 26 interceptions.

The weapons offensively are there for the Buccaneers. Whatever head coach comes in is going to have the opportunity to come in and reshape the defense, get the offense on the right track, and help return this franchise to prominence.

With the sixth overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Bucs can add to their young core and make a push in the NFC South.
