06. Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals’ job opening is a solid one.

They drafted their quarterback of the future in 2018 in Josh Rosen. They have a star defensively in Chandler Jones. They have a star featured back in David Johnson. They have the number one overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

The cupboard is not completely bare in Arizona but there’s a lot of work to be done.

Arizona needs a lot of help on the offensive line and in the secondary, and with over $60 million in cap space, they have the chance to get some things done this offseason.

Arizona’s toughest sell to a prospective head coach will be the division they play in. Are the Cardinals going to compete with the Rams or Seahawks anytime soon?

Right now, it’s hard to see that happening, but a couple of pieces (starting with maybe Nick Bosa) could push them up the ranks rather quickly.
