The Top 10 NFL season finale games of the past decade

02. Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears (2013)
The oldest rivalry in professional football playing one game for the NFC North title? It doesn’t get much better than that. Indeed the two teams showed up with big plays being made all game by both sides. Jay Cutler delivered his best performance of his career against the Packers, putting the Bears up 28-20 in the 4th quarter. Green Bay narrowed the gap to 28-27 but with time winding down they started to run out of chances.
They had the ball with less than a minute to play but stalled just outside field goal range. Facing a do-or-die 4th and 8, Aaron Rodgers took the snap. Chicago blitzed and game literal inches away from sacking him for the win. Rodgers evaded to his left and found wide receiver Randall Cobb wide open for the winning 48-yard touchdown.
That play won Green Bay the division and proved backbreaking for Chicago. They would not compete for the division again until 2018 five years later.
