What’s the best path to the Super Bowl – opponents to beat?

The Bears are 7-1 at Soldier Field this year. So the best route to the Super Bowl would be to get as many home games as they possibly can. Provided they keep the #3 seed, which seems likely, they’ll be guaranteed at least one. If they could somehow snag the #2 seed away from the Rams down the stretch, that would improve their odds even further of maybe getting two home games. In terms of opponents? They can beat anybody, though teams with weaker defenses would be nice.

Am I the only one who thinks the Bears are 100% going to win the Super Bowl?

Probably not. I understand the confidence at this point. The Bears have won seven of their last eight games and beat the favored Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers in consecutive weeks. Two games they almost certainly would’ve lost a year ago. This is a team with a dominant defense and underrated offense in terms of overall talent. When they play their best, they’re capable of beating any team they line up against. However, they’re also a highly inexperienced team. The majority of those on the roster hasn’t even been in a playoff game. That could prove crucial.
